Our solutions are predictive: they analyse the quality status of key equipment components (needles and sinkers) and, based on an in-depth analysis of these components, our technology predicts and detects potential manufacturing problems in order to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.
High-tech Solutions
Our advanced state-of-the-art photonics and IoT solutions, combined with textile-specific artificial intelligence algorithms, can detect and report defects non-intrusively to the production manager or operator and anticipate faulty manufacturing.
